Turnaround Time & Shipping

MDE is currently made-to-order unless specified as rts. Current turnaround is up to 12 weeks depending on outfits. If your session is sooner than that, please let me know as I do my best to get outfits to you before then. I offer a rush option for anything under 4 weeks

RTS items are shipped within 7 business days.

Domestic orders are provided a tracking number usps and my shop

If an item is pre-ordered please allow 8-10 weeks after order is placed to be shipped.

If an RTS item is ordered with a preorder the order will be shipped all together unless arrangements are made with me prior

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers assume responsibility for any customs fees. It is against my policy to mark items lower than actual value so that the buyer pays less fees. This helps protect both buyer and seller for insurance purposes. Items will not be marked as "gift" unless it is in fact a gift from me.

I ship USPS first class international which includes tracking but does not include insurance for loss or damage to an item. If you would like to add these features please contact me for a price quote.
